Tracey was named Rookie of the Year for FYI Realty his first year in the business. He has gone on to garner other accolades including Top Producer for the FYI Humble office as well Agent of the Year for the Humble & Katy brokerages with an average of 5 million dollars in sales annually. None of these achievements would have been possible without the relationships he has built with his clients. Tracey’s philosophy is that the client is always first and puts their best interest first.
